Eljay provides Site and Data center maintenance reference documentation which covers Network Diagram, configuration, Circuit and Service provider contact information, Device list with IP addresses, Access information, Vendor Service contract information.
Eljay also provides "train the trainer" training on the usage/handling network application, telecom equipment, basic network maintenance etc. for system/network administrators.
